Griffin Roach
I approach therapy from a person-centered, collaborative perspective. This means that I value and understand clients’ unique lived experiences and identities as part of their development, building on their strengths and working together to identify and move forward with goals. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and strive to build trust and mutual respect with clients to work towards meaningful change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
