Care Team
The Care Team is a multidisciplinary group of experts working to streamline care coordination, develop comprehensive care plans, and ensure a collaborative approach to promoting student wellbeing. Care Team is a supplemental, coordinated care option. It is not a replacement for higher levels of care or crisis stabilization. Care Team Offices include:

- Stepping down from higher levels of care
- With complex mental health concerns
- Experiencing non-imminent risk to self/others
- Interest/need coordinated support from a multidisciplinary team
Connecting Students to the Care Team:
For Providers/Staff Who Want to Refer a Student:
- Referrals may be sent to UCS Casemanagement Email: ucs-casemanagement@uiowa.edu
For Students Who Want to Self Refer:
- Students may self-refer by calling 319-335-7294 to schedule an initial consultation appointment with UCS
