Ellie Rogers
UCS Practicum Trainee
Biography
I primarily approach counseling from an integrative and Person-Centered Therapy perspective, with a strong foundation in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe that every person’s experiences are unique, and therefore counseling should be tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals. I view therapy as a collaborative process in which I walk alongside clients as they navigate growth and change, and strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and free to be themselves.
