Colten Teem
UCS Practicum Trainee
Biography
As a therapist, I utilize principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy to support you as we navigate your concerns and collaboratively foster meaningful change aligned with your values. I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow when given the space to be heard and the tools to support healing. My focus is fundamentally person-centered, as we work together to foster a space where you are valued and heard, to build on strengths and create lasting change in and beyond therapy.
