Chloe Becker
As a student, I approach counseling with a strengths-based and solution-focused perspective within a cognitive behavioral therapy framework. I believe individuals bring existing skill, knowledge, and resilience to therapy, and I work collaboratively with clients to identify meaningful goals and strategies for change with this foundation. I practice from an ecological perspective, recognizing how individuals are influenced by their relationships, families, communities, and broader social systems. My goal is to create a welcoming, safe, and empowering space where clients can be their most authentic self. I strive to meet every client where they are, with compassion and curiosity.
