Biography

Introduction

I view counseling as a collaborative and compassionate space where a genuine therapeutic relationship is the foundation for growth. Grounded in the core principles of person-centered therapy, I strive to create an environment where clients feel truly heard without judgment as I believe that when clients feel safe to bring their full, authentic selves into the room, meaningful exploration and healing can occur. Our work together is a shared journey, led at the client’s pace, where I walk alongside them with curiosity and respect. Throughout, I aim to honor each client's unique cultural background, values, and identity.
