Staff Testimonials

During graduate school, I had the dream of working in a college counseling center. Back then, and even to this day, the idea of working with young, intelligent, motivated individuals appealed to me. College for me represents a huge turning point in someone’s life and I wanted to be a part of that. Clearly, at a point early in my career, I deviated from this dream briefly, and found myself immersed into a variety of treatment settings that primarily catered to individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses. I started working at a residential facility for youth with psychiatric concerns
