QT Hong
My clinical practice primarily incorporates psychodynamic therapy. I focus on the concerns that bring you to therapy while also exploring how past experiences and important relationships may continue to shape how you understand yourself, experience emotions, and relate to others. Through our work together, we may gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences, notice patterns in how you think, feel, and relate to others, and explore new ways to handle challenges. I strive to create a collaborative, curious, and nonjudgmental space where you feel supported in making meaningful changes.
