Paighton Bogaards
My approach is warm, empathetic, and grounded in creating a space where we feel safe being ourselves and exploring what matters most. I believe therapy offers opportunities to explore experiences that have shaped us, while empowering us to take ownership of our needs and values to create meaningful direction. Through curiosity, authenticity, and being present together, we can reflect, process experiences, gain insight, and move toward greater well-being. I strive to approach each person with openness and care, recognizing differences in experiences and appreciating the uniqueness each person brings. My approach is person-centered, drawing from ACT and Adlerian Therapy.
