Tiffany Mennen
I approach counseling as a partnership where we work together to build upon your own unique strengths and experiences. I believe that you are the expert of your life, and my role is to support you as you navigate challenges, explore your goals, and work toward meaningful change. I bring in aspects of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help identify strengths, develop practical strategies, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values. I am committed to meeting you with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment; creating a space where you feel supported, empowered, and able to grow.
