My approach to therapy:
My goal at UCS is to support my clients, using a client centered approach. My mission is to serve everyone and be a facet or outlet in a journey of self-discovery, focusing on maximizing strengths to meet needs. I pull from concepts of cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, with an intersectional identity lens theory and strengths based approach. Together, we will identify and develop your innate strengths to promote resilience.

Interests
My clinical interests include working with interpersonal/relational concerns, anxiety and depression. I’m also interested I identity driven topics such as racial, cultural, and gender based trauma Other areas of interest to me are  working with survivors of sexual assault or abuse.

Outreach
This year my outreach will be centered around normalizing and destigmatizing mental health in the law school campus. I will be doing this through consult meetings, events such as the eco anxiety, and other programs centered around raising awareness.
