Education:

B.A. in Psychology (2023), University of Northern Iowa

M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (Expected 2025), University of Iowa

Experience and Interests:

I have worked with college students throughout my undergraduate and graduate degree programs, and I am thrilled to continue working with students through the University Counseling Service! Cultural competency and humility are key components of my personal counseling philosophy. I strive to create a safe and warm environment for clients from all backgrounds and cultural identities. My clinical interests include presenting concerns of anxiety, depression, relational and interpersonal distress, academic skills, sport and performance, difficulties with adjustment, and many more.

About Me:

I am originally from Altoona, IA. In my free time, you may find me watching sports (especially Hawkeye athletics), hanging out with my dog, working out, and exploring new restaurants in the area!
