Olivia Van Fosson-Roelfs
Introduction
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and elements of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy in my work with clients, emphasizing a holistic and empowering approach to personal growth. Central to my practice is fostering a collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to explore their relationships—with themselves and others—and their multifaceted experiences with the world. I believe in equipping individuals with the tools and confidence to make meaningful choices that support continued development beyond the therapy room. Additionally, I am deeply committed to supporting underserved communities on campus, creating inclusive spaces where clients feel heard, empowered, and capable of enacting the changes they seek in their lives.
