Gihun Im, MA
Counseling Psychology Practicum Student
Biography
Introduction
I take an integrative approach to therapy that is primarily grounded in Person-Centered Therapy and shaped by Multicultural and Feminist perspectives. I also draw on the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework and Psychodynamic theories to support clients. My approach emphasizes collaboration and cultural responsiveness to create space for clients to reclaim their voices and move toward empowerment. I firmly believe in the transformative potential of therapy to foster growth and meaningful change.
