We are available to design and implement presentations, programs, or workshops on a wide variety of mental health topics for students, faculty, and staff. UCS staff members are also trained as consultants to work with groups to identify and to work toward more effective personal, interpersonal, and organizational functioning.  Let us know how we can help!

Fall 2021 Outreach Services: A phased approach will be used. To begin the Fall 2021 semester, the default mode of service delivery will be via Zoom or another virtual platform. UCS anticipates this phase to be in place until the beginning of October, 2021. Based on campus and community health, UCS will transition to a hybrid model, meaning you can request an in-person or virtual program, depending on your preferences, needs, and health.

UCS program offerings include:

  • Stress and/or anxiety management
  • Identity exploration or working across differences
  • Helping students in distress
  • Imposture syndrome
  • Disordered eating or body dissatisfaction
  • Depression management and/or suicide prevention
  • Team building
