UCS Master's Trainee
Biography
Introduction
Young adulthood and pursuing higher education can be very stressful. I provide clients with a supportive therapeutic space to explore their challenges, needs, goals, and overall mental health. Through identification of strengths and values, we can develop and implement a plan that aligns well with your goals. I value clients’ autonomy and self-determination, so we will work together, guided by your feedback and my clinical expertise. I utilize multiple therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and tenets of Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I practice from a trauma-informed perspective, and am welcoming to all cultures and backgrounds.
