Biography

Introduction

I believe cultivating a client-therapist relationship that is safe, honest, and without judgement is foundational for a successful therapy outcome. I aim to create an environment that feels safe to talk about difficult past experiences and patterns, focus on clients’ relationships with themselves and others, while encouraging clients as they endure challenges that may come with personal growth and change. My therapy style typically utilizes aspects from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy.
