Approach to Therapy: I love working with college students! I help people with a variety of concerns, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship problems, and college adjustment. I’m especially interested in understanding the relationship between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in order to break negative cycles. I work to create a non-judgmental space where my clients feel free to direct sessions and set their own goals for therapy.
Multicultural Interests: I believe our identities have powerful effects on our lives. As a multiple minority person, I am very aware that they can be both a challenge and a strength. I enjoy getting to know all kinds of people, and enter each therapy interaction with cultural humility and curiosity. I am an LGBTQ+ ally.
About Me: I grew up in a small town in rural New York. Outside of UCS, I write historical fiction novels, cook, bike, read, pet dogs, and play the Sims!
