Same day/Next day Quick Access appointments are available Monday through Friday 9am-4pm. You can schedule up to 48 hours in advance online or call to access. These appointments first come-first serve. Quick Access appointments are 60-minute single sessions that may offer support with an urgent mental health concern or offer support and problem-solving for an immediate life stressor/event. An urgent mental health concern may include suicidal ideation, recent trauma, or loss.  This appointment is focused on coping with an immediate need. If you are unable to remain safe to attend the appointment,  call 911 or visit the hospital emergency room. If you are unsure about your needs, or need additional resources, you may benefit from a one-time Quick Access appointment to explore future options.

You will be asked to fill out forms providing background information to help you and your counselor address your concern. As with Consultation appointments (see above), UCS will provide instructions for completing brief paperwork through our confidential online paperwork portal, or you can complete this paperwork on-site for in-person appointments. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call to cancel.
