- Programs conducted at the UCS including psycho-educational groups, theme groups, or one-time programs are open to registered UI students only.
- UCS invited presentations by UI campus units or organizations are open to those affiliated with the requesting unit and those invited by that unit.
- UCS invited presentations by community agencies are open to those affiliated with the requesting agency and those invited by that agency.
