Life lessons learned from working at the University of Iowa since 1982. Starting my career in the IT field, I have seen technology evolve and many students grow in their endeavors to adulthood.
I joined the University Counseling Service staff in 2014 after reflecting that UCS would be a kind, supportive, and welcoming environment for everyone.

I embrace my Support Staff position with a smile and calm demeanor. I assist the UCS staff at all locations daily with clerical support needs. I am always ready to help students navigate scheduling and service opportunities with the UCS. In addition, I manage inquiries from parents and family members, UI faculty and staff, and surrounding community members. I divide my time between the Westlawn and UCC office locations.
